located near mile marker 3.6 in a drainage ditch, adjacent to a cliff with large obsidian rocks and brown/white soil

very plastic, not very sandy but lots of obsidian and metamorphic aggregate.

starts to melt at ^6, melts into a purple-y black glaze at ^10… need to test at lower temps
